Hi, I’m Iris,

Hi, I’m Iris, a naturopathic therapist, mindfulness & yoga teacher, and massage therapist with a deep passion for holistic health and well-being. My journey into natural healing started from personal experience—I struggled with gut issues since my teenage years, and conventional healthcare never provided the long-term relief I was looking for. After years of frustration, I turned to naturopathy, nutrition, and holistic therapies, and that’s when everything changed. By addressing the root causes rather than just the symptoms, I finally found balance—and now, I help others do the same.
With a background in naturopathy, orthomolecular therapy, personalized nutrition, hypnotherapy, and energy work, I take an integrative approach to healing. I believe that true well-being is about balance—physically, emotionally, and energetically. My mission is to help you reconnect with your body, release what no longer serves you, and step into your most vibrant, confident self.
